Commercial Loan Professional - Bowling Green/Franklin – We seek a customer focused Commercial Loan Officer with at least 5 years or more of local market commercial lending experience to serve our customers and grow the relationships. Must have the ability to cooperate and communicate in an effective manner with customers. Credit Analysis skills are much preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.


Mortgage Loan Originator - This individual will be responsible for taking care of customer needs by promoting our services and products to real estate agents, builders, developers, and other business referral sources. We seek a person with 2+ years of mortgage banking background and a thorough understanding of the underwriting criteria and guidelines. Strong communication skills, listening skills and ability to analyze client needs are also required.


Accounts Specialist - This position is responsible for the development of new business relationships, maintaining existing relationships, providing a complete range of customer services including opening new accounts, presenting available financial institution products and services, gathering customer information to process new and existing accounts and to provide outstanding customer service at all times. Banking Center Manager - We seek a Banking Center Manager for our Franklin Kentucky Banking Center. This position is responsible for managing all banking center activities and the development of new business relationships, while maintaining and expanding existing relationships, assisting customers with lending needs, establishing objectives and plans for the banking center and to provide outstanding customer service at all times. You will be expected to follow policies and procedures to ensure account compliance. You will also lead and direct staff in creating and achieving goals.
Position Requirements:

  • Associates degree required, Bachelor degree preferred

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus
  • Previous Teller or cash handling experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • PT Hours will vary Monday – Friday with Saturday rotation

Loan Operations Specialist - In this position you will process loan documentation requests for lenders, verify that all required documentation for the loan has been gathered prior to releasing documents, verify presence of required documents after closing and post- closing activity to include recording liens, etc.
Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.), in a related field, from a four-year College or University; or combined equivalent of related experience and certified training.
  • 1 - 2 years of job related experience, including loan processing required
  • Demonstrated interpersonal with ability to communicate both written and verbally with all levels, including customers
  • Self-starter capable of meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office products


IT Specialist - This position is responsible for administering and coordinating information services activities. This is a multifaceted position and will be responsible for a variety of IT administration and operational tasks. Duties will include all IT related activities from end-user support to server and application support. Provide extraordinary customer service; serve as liaison between technology vendors and First Security Bank. Will also oversee hardware/software installs, maintain recordkeeping for hardware/software inventory and be a primary point of contact for VOIP phone systems.
Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.), in a related field, from a four-year College or University; or combined equivalent of related experience and certified training.
  • Demonstrated communication skills both written and oral.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Banking knowledge in IT operations a plus.
  • Must be able to develop and execute action plans, oversee IT operations problem solving techniques, and have the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Also Serve as Network Administrator for all aspects of the network, both WAN and LAN and Website Administrator.
